Why to open an account ?
To open an account will allow you to place order quickly and of beneficier of advantage presents during punctual promotions.

The Loyalty Points are points that you will automatically receive into your account when you will buy a product and, at any time, you can convert them in coupons to be used for your purchases (from your next purchase).
When you will select a product you will see the points, with their value, which you can use for your next purchases.
Loyalty Points can be used on your next purchase or be accumulated and you can use them together on your next purchase.
You decide when you use the Loyalty Points and when you want convert them in Coupons.
For example:
every 1 euro = 1 Loyalty Point
Loyalty Point 1 = 0.05 cents of Coupon
For a purchase value of 100 euros which will have 100 loyalty points converted to correspond to 5 euros of coupons available on your next purchase or combined with other coupons to increase
the value of the coupons.
NOTES:
I remember you to always access with the same account to maintain your loyalty points so you can accumulate them, because the loyalty points of a account can not be used by other accounts, even if the
owner is the same.
Remember your login and password to enter into the site always with the same account so you can see the total of your points loyalty.
Remember also that only you can convert your loyalty points in coupons so when you want, you can use a coupon but you will must indicate in its field.
It is not an automatic procedure because the points can be accumulated.
LIMITATIONS
To use the coupons you need to do a minimum order of 50.00 euros and anyway the amount of coupons may not exceed 50% of the order value.
If the coupon is higher in this case the system will create a coupon for the remaining difference. For example on orders of € 60.00 maximum discount applicable is 30.00 euro (so you must pay the other 30.00 euro) and if the coupon was of 40,00 euro in this case the system will create a coupon for the difference of 10.00 euros that you can use for an other order.
Points must be converted into coupons and used within 3 months, later they will not be valid.
To convert the points you need to log in to your account:
- Click Section Loyalty Points

- In this section you can check the status of your points View image
- When the points are enabled, you can create the coupon by clicking on the total amount generated View image
- Raised the discount you will see all the data needed to use it in your next purchase View image
Loyalty points received after a purchase is not available. They are active when you receive the package and if you do not tell us any warning of the products.
It's easy.
You find a voucher in the cart summary to get a discount of 10% for use in your first purchase.
Remember to enter the voucher's code to use it immediately, otherwise you can use it on next purchases.
- You can use the discount even with the "guest account".
- This voucher can not be used to return / exchange merchandise but only for new purchases.
- The minimum purchase for the discount is € 50.00.
