INTRODUCTION

The sales made through the Internet within the scope of implementation of the D. Decree 50/92, which establishes the rules applicable to purchase contracts concluded outside business premises. This decree provides for the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal.

BENEFICIARIES OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Individuals (consumers) acting for purposes that are unrelated to his business.

The rightof withdrawalis not applicableon purchasesmade ​​by retailersand companies.

CONTENT OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the faculty, within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal. He has the faculty to return the purchased goods to the seller (with the exception of customized products printed or otherwise) and get the refund of the purchase price.

CONDITIONS AND EFFECTS OF THE EXERCISE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

With the receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the parties are released from their respective obligations derived from the contract or proposed contract.

Products will be accepted for refund only if:

- thereturn of the goodswas previouslyanticipatedand agreed;

- the goods areintact andin original packaging;

- theshipment isfree port (with postage paid by the customer), notby the recipient, and with regulartransport document(orformto be requestedat ourstore). 

To get thefull or partial refundof the amount paidon the invoice, excludingshipping charges, which are borne by thecustomer.

Received  the package and controlled the goods, the costumer will be refunded of the purchase price.
